The festival is an ambitious continuation of an initiative that has been successfully developing since 2022, each year gathering an ever-wider audience of artists and urban culture enthusiasts.
ROW BALTICS transforms the urban environment into an open art gallery where creativity, contemporary culture and urban energy converge.

BATTLE
This year ROW BALTICS takes a step further and takes place with the support of the Riga City Municipality as part of the wider Street Art Month programme.
The central motif of the 2026 festival is "battle" — a significant element of street art and hip-hop culture. It is not aggression or conflict, but a creative, non-violent competition in which new ideas, styles and forms of expression are born.
In graffiti and street art culture, the "battle" tradition has always been a way for artists to assert their identity and create a dialogue with the urban environment.
